Lead Producer & Core Organiser | 2020 - present

Pangea is a multi-day music and wellness festival rooted in intention, connection, and creativity. Since joining as one of the lead organisers in 2020, I’ve helped grow the event from 700 to over 3,000 attendees—shaping both the operational backbone and the creative vision of the experience.

Each year, we transform a blank canvas of land into an immersive world, built entirely from scratch by a team of 80+ artists, builders, and volunteers. From four unique dancefloors to dedicated wellness spaces and interactive art, every element is crafted with purpose.

My role spans strategic planning, production management, and on-the-ground execution. I oversee key areas including:

Full ticketing journey management—CRM systems, backend platforms, customer communication & copywriting

Festival infrastructure planning—waste, sanitation, recycling & sustainability systems, and glamping, camping and parking planning and management.

Vendor management—booking, communication, and financial oversight for all food and market traders

Artist booking & management – co-curating the musical journey, negotiating and securing bookings, and maintaining clear and supportive communication throughout the process

Budgeting & supplier negotiations—balancing financial discipline with creative ambition

Team leadership across volunteer departments, plus direct management of the assistant production manager, gate operations, security, medics, waste contractors, ticketing leads, and stage managers

Working in a high-pressure, high-stakes environment, I lead with grounded decision-making, calm collaboration, and a clear focus on both detail and vision. Pangea is more than an event—it’s a container for deep experience—and it’s my joy to help hold and shape that container.
